IT SECURITY ADMINISTRATOR

VisionFund is seeking 01 qualified candidate to fill the position of IT Security Administrator based in
Head Office to oversees the VisionFund’s information technology security systems, administrate
information security tools and devices, security information and event management. Plans, develops,
implements and reviews security standards, procedures and guidelines to safeguard systems, databases and
network against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction or disclosure, addressing current
cyber threat and internal threat. Assists in testing security products and control techniques and
communicating security procedures to users. Identifies regulatory changes that will affect data/information
security and recommends appropriate changes.
Responsibilities:
 Develop, review and update IT security policy/procedure by liaison with all relevant staffs
 Research, analyze problems, evaluate, recommend solutions, products, and technologies to meet IT
security protection
 Actively protect VisionFund company IT Assets and infrastructure from external or internal threats
and ensure that the company complies with statutory and regulatory requirements regarding
information access, security and privacy
 Design, configure, deploy, and maintain IT Security systems with cooperation and support from Network
Administrator and Server Administrator in order to do full rollout of the change to production system
 Implement firewall solutions to properly secure VisionFund data and provide consultation on all new firewall
implementations, firewall configuration changes, and IT projects requiring security operational support
 Assist the end-user, other IT professionals, and external customers in requesting security variances and
implementation of subsequent configuration change requests
 Monitor vendor websites for potential threat alerts and software upgrades
 Ensure all IT systems and processes are complied with IT policy/procedure and well documented
 Perform basic computer and IT security training to end users

Requirement:
 At least Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer science or Master Degree in IT or
computer science is a plus
 Direct manage if not all but at least some of following firewalls: Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper, PAN,
Fortinet
 Current experience with Network Infrastructure design and management as well as strong knowledge
and experience Routers and Switches, Firewalls configuration and associated network protocols and
concepts
 Knowledge and implementation of IDS/IPS and Syslog
 Knowledge in implementation and operation of monitoring tools: Cacti, Nagios, SolarWind
 Possess current Cisco CCNA security, CCNP security or CCSP
 At least 4 years experiences of recent professional experiences in IT Security Administration
 Experience developing, documenting and maintaining security procedures

 Proven leadership abilities including effective knowledge sharing, conflict resolution, facilitation of open
discussions, fairness and displaying appropriate levels of assertiveness.
 Experience in VPN Management and Support
 Experience in DPLC and MPLS
 Genius analytical, problem identification, troubleshooting, and creative problem solving abilities
 Strong Skills in monitoring and troubleshooting
 Experience in handling security incident/intrusions
 Fluent in English language
 Strong skills in presentation
 Proven ability to work under stress in emergencies with flexibility to handle multiple high-pressure
situations simultaneously.
 Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with a broad range of people and
roles including vendors and IT-business personnel.
