Job Responsibilities:

Lead in developing and revising, as necessary, the annual branding and communication plan and strategies. This includes recommendations of new promotional vehicles and strategies to increase marketing/PR/sales ROI.

With the approved plan and strategies, lead in the implementation of those plan and strategies. Develop KREDIT’s Corporate Identity (CI) and make sure the smooth implementation of this policy within the whole organization.Use marketing budget management and effective way

LeadMedia mix and management in developing and producing all communication materials for KREDIT: concept development, artwork designing, corporate color, communication message or text, production, quality control, and with admin department and related units assurance of the smooth delivery of the

products to targeted offices on times and with good quality. The communication materials include printing ads, TVC and audio, website, social media, etc

Ensure good and quality monitoring on KREDIT’s assignment implemented by outside agencies in different promotional channels Make sure that all offices use promotional materials effectively by conducting regular visit to all offices and check stock of promotional materials at each office.

Make sure standard equipment are well and rightly placed within all KREDIT’s offices.

Regularly follow up the competitor’s marketing strategies and target customer behavior changes toward their preferences on media channel and tactical incentives.

Identify and establish positive relationships with media of importance to KREDIT.

Take lead in all events organizing to promote KREDIT

Provide necessary support to staff under supervision as needed

Perform other tasks assigned by Head of

Marketing Department

Assist in establishing and providing training as needed

Job Requirement:

Any bachelor degree in the field of Business Administration, Design, Journalist, Marketing and other related fields.

At least 3 year-experiences in Marketing, branding, or communication.

Skillful in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Aftereffect, In design, Corel Draw, and 3DMax and also general office program: word, excel, and also power point.

Having outstanding written and spoken communication skills, both English and Khmer.

Ability to work under pressure, independently and highly self-motivated. Having Good inter-personal skills, presentation, and experience in product promotion.

Having microfinance/banking sector experience is an advantage.

Ability to work creatively and be initiative. Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.

Able to travel throughout the country.
