Head of Project Management Office & Quality Assurance

Head of PMO & QC will lead Project Management Organization of the Technical division and directly manage most important projects as a Project Manager and develop project management procedures. Provide process development and/or process optimization and lead assurance of all related process to assure SLA/KPI are applied as defined. Provide OPEX & CAPEX control function within technical division.

+ Job Responsibilities: 

• PMO-oversee projects and develop PM workflows and principles within technical division following the PMI principles.
• Project Management-directly manage projects.
• Inter and Intra divisional project planning & coordination.
• Process design or improvement included but not limited to Site Audit, Work Change request, Network rollout, etc.
• Technical department quality assurance, such as: site availability KPI, KPI/SLA assurance, implementation and commissioning quality assurance, preventive maintenance audit, and others .
• Internal process enforcement & audit.
• Site OPEX efficiency audit.
• Radio Network parameters audit to ensure the planned and setting parameter in system are correct and synchronized.
• Network quality audit like Radio Network Quality, Microwave link performance compare to link budget, trunk utilization, VoIP CSR etc.
• Facilitator for cross departmental and divisional tasks.
• Others task as per business requirement

Job Requirements 

• Graduate from Telecommunication field or equivalent field
• Radio Network Optimization training certificate is preferred
• PMP certificate is an advantage
• Able to manage multi task with deadline and able to make good relation with related team.
