Job Description:
  • Manage Personal Data such as Personnel Register, Medical Information, Emergency Contact, Personal Information & File and check Issue Employee ID/PASS, check & renew
  • Update Personal file record [forms, file folder, data base] ongoing basic
  • To ensure all personnel information are accurately recorded and cross ckecked
  • To assist in recruitment admin
  • Assist in other relevant employment functions as assigned by HR Executive
  • To assist in leave management record
  • To assistant in processing on employee working accessories
  • Staff Insurance – Purchase, Claim & Report
  • Prepare relevant monthly reports to HR Executive
  • Perform other jobs as required by HRE and HRM

 

Preferred Skills:
  • Fresh graduate in Business Administration, Human Resource, or related filed.
  • Preferably one or two-year experience in HR or related field
  • Computer literacy (Word Excel, E-mail, Internet, and Power Point)
  • Good command in English, strong organizational and interpersonal communication skill
  • Honest, Hardworking, result-oriented and be able to work under pressure.
