The Marketing Assistant perform admin work related to production purpose to ensure the process is smoothly and other.

Job Description

• Record daily transactions, maintain and reconcile control accounts to timely and correctly comply with accounting policies, processes and guidelines
• Assist in producing financial statements timely and correctly complying with accounting policies,processes and guidelines
• Assist in drafting accounting processes, guidelines, chart of accounts to ensure transactions are recorded timely and correctly to comply with CAS/CIFRS and regulatory requirements
• Prepare daily report on movements of account balances to ensure that any material errors are detected for correction timely
• Reconcile TB balances of e.g. loan, saving, AIP, AIR, PAR, written-off loan etc. against detailed MIS data timely to ensure the balances are correct for producing of financial statements
• File accounting documents in both soft and hard to ensure that documents are properly safe-guarded and easily retrievable

Job Requirements

• -Bachelor Degree in Marketing, or related field;
• -Minimun one year of experience in Marketing or admin work;
• -Knowledge of Microsoft office, Photoshop, illustrator and Indesign;
• -Computer literacy (esp. Ms.Word and Excel)
• -Good English proficiency, both written and spoken;
• -Honesty, commitment, and patience;
• -Dynamics, friendliness, and good interpersonal skill; and
• Willingness to travel to support business operations at provinces.
