Key Responsibilities
- Performs IREG tests and implement roaming configuration
- Operates and maintains roaming platforms
- Updates IR21 into database
- Builds necessary communication requirements
- Performs monthly quality audit on inbound and outbound service
- Handles all complaints related to roaming
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management team
Job Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, computer science or related fields
- At least two years of experience in roaming or core network
- English proficient
- Computer literate(Ms. Office)
- Be Flexible, dynamic, confident and able to work under pressure
