What is Choronai?

Established in 2013, Choronai was firstly an online store selling 1,000+ products mainly food items. On September 2015, the first store was open in Toul Kork and as of April 2018, Choronai is more than an online store. It has 11 physical stores, 8 in Phnom Penh, one in Sihanouk Ville, one in Battambong province and another in Takhmao of Kandal province.

At Choronai, we source and sell only the best quality products and offer the best prices and services. Our primary product is food item, such as fresh salmon from Norway, beef and lamb from Australia and New Zealand, beef and pork from USA, poultries from Korea, and seafood from Japan etc. We also sell associated products such as sauces, ingredients, beverages, fruits, and vegetables that go well with our meat products.

Delivery

We offer free delivery in Phnom Penh, Sihanouk Ville, Battambong and Takhmao where we have our presence for any purchase from $15. We also deliver products everywhere in Cambodia, but buyers are required to pay for actual cost of transportation either by taxi or bus. So wherever you are, you can shop online at Choronai and receive your order within hours depending on where you are.

b. If you know the contact numbers of any Choronai’s store nearest to you, you can make direct order to the store, and the store will deliver products to you the soonest possible.

Return and Refund Policy

Since we are sure of the quality of our products, we offer 100% return and refund policy. Goods purchased and in original state can be returned and refunded within the day of purchase and receive 100% of your payment. When you return and refund any product, our staff shall never ask “why”.

Bulk Buying

If you are retailers, restaurants, hotels, providers of catering services, or simply want to buy in a large quantity for special event, we will give you a special discount. The following is our discount policy for bulk buyer of a particular product:

If you buy a particular product between: 5 to 10kg, you will get 5% discount

over 10kg, you will get 10% discount

over 50kg, you will get further discount depending the product.
